What does the job include?

You guide a cross-functional team in delivering high-quality software in short iterations.
You monitor the project constraints, such as budget, time and scope.
You facilitate the development process in close cooperation with both the rest of the development team and the customer.
You guide the customer in determining priorities and making the right choices
You inform all stakeholders on a regular basis about the progress of the project.
You support your team in building the software and you participate in setting up all kinds of tests.
You maintain the customer relationship, even after the delivery of the project.
You are the glue that holds everything together

Who are we looking for?

You are a functional analyst and/or project manager, with proven experience in an agile environment.
You manage one or more projects.
You monitor the preconditions of the project, such as budget, time and scope.
Your expertise counts, several years of experience in IT project management are considered a plus.
You are involved in pre-sales phases.
You guide the team from the initial phase to the delivery and aftercare of your projects.
You are proactive, both in thinking and acting.
You have knowledge of more than one Agile method.
For you, quality comes first.
You are not afraid to enter into a dialogue with the customer about the scope of the project.
You have insight into how applications are functionally structured.
You speak and write Dutch fluently and are good at working in English.
Technical background is not necessary, but a plus.
