Intuitive app to support clients with disabilities
Together with Staf and Begeleid Wonen Tienen, we rebuilt an outdated application into a modern, intuitive web app. The app aims to help supervisors efficiently support their clients with disabilities living at home. In addition, the application provides budget monitoring at the client and organizational level.
We delivered:
- A Service Blueprint with a roadmap and make or buy advice per feature.
- A client registration system in which two organizations can register the trajectory of their clients independently, securely and in a user-friendly way - both qualitatively and administratively.
- A dashboard for monitoring and reporting.
